Refund Policy
To support the delivery of high-quality educational events and manage venue, catering, and administrative costs, the following refund policy applies to all PPV ticketed events.
Refund Requests
PPV understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Refund requests may be submitted up to 14 days prior to the event and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the PPV Board.
When assessing refund requests, PPV may consider factors including:
The reason for cancellation.
Costs already incurred by PPV in relation to the event.
Whether the registration can be transferred to another attendee.
Any other relevant circumstances.
Please note that third-party booking or transaction fees may be deducted from any approved refund where these costs have already been incurred.
Ticket Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. The original ticket holder must notify PPV in writing with the new attendee's details before the event.
Event Cancellation or Changes
If PPV cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee or, where appropriate, the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.
If an event is postponed, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. If a registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may request a full refund.
PPV reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, venue, or format where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to PPV via email. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
By registering for a PPV event, attendees acknowledge and accept this Registration and Refund Policy.
